If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KONAKTIVE regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide for local jurisdiction.
