Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Konvity website at konvity.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Konvity, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Konvity provides free, browser-based file conversion tools. All file processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or access any files you process using our tools.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to convert files you do not have the right to use or distribute
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in ways that could harm performance
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Konvity and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Files you process remain entirely yours. By using the Service, you grant us no rights to your files or their contents.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate results in all cases. You are responsible for verifying the output of any conversion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konvity and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed USD $10.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service does not currently display third-party advertisements. We may rely on a small number of third-party services (such as Google Fonts for typography) that are not responsible for tracking or advertising. If we introduce advertising in the future (for example, through Google AdSense), we will operate it in accordance with the Google AdSense Program Policies and applicable law, and this section and our Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. DMCA and Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please see our DMCA Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
