Konvity’s Merge PDF tool combines any number of PDF files into a single document, entirely in your browser, so the files you are merging never have to leave your device.
Add your PDF files by dragging them into the upload area or selecting them from a file picker. Each file appears in a list with its page count and file size, so you can confirm you have the right documents before merging. Drag any entry up or down to change the order it will appear in the final PDF, or use the arrow buttons next to each file for the same result without a mouse. If a file cannot be read, because it is corrupted, password-protected, or not actually a PDF, it is flagged directly in the list with the specific reason, rather than failing silently once you try to merge.
Once the order looks right, use Preview Merged PDF to open the combined document inline, using your browser’s own PDF viewer with its normal zoom, scroll, and page-navigation controls, so you can check the result before committing to a download. Every page of the merged file carries a small Konvity logo and label at the bottom, and the downloaded filename always includes “konvity” too. Pages are copied directly from the source files rather than rendered as images, so text stays selectable and searchable in the final PDF, and there is no account to create or limit on how many files or PDFs you merge.

How many PDF files can I merge at once?
There is no fixed limit built into the tool. You can add as many PDF files as you like; the only real constraint is your device’s available memory, since every file is processed locally in your browser.
Is there a file size limit?
Each individual PDF you add must be 50MB or smaller. If a file is larger than that, it is flagged in the list and excluded from the merge until you remove it.
Can I change the order of the files before merging?
Yes. Drag and drop any file in the list to reorder it, or use the left/right arrow buttons next to each entry. The final PDF follows the exact order shown in the list, top to bottom.
Does merging reduce the quality of my PDFs?
No. The tool copies each page directly from the source PDFs rather than converting them to images, so text stays selectable and searchable, and vector graphics stay sharp at any zoom level.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No, not currently. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs cannot be read by the tool and are flagged with an error in the file list. Remove the password from the file first (using the software that created it) and then merge it.
Does the merged PDF have a watermark on it?
The tool adds a small Konvity logo and "Konvity.com" label at the bottom of every page in the merged document, similar to a footer credit. It does not cover or obscure your content, and there is no large watermark placed over the page.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Every file is read, merged, and reassembled locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your documents are never uploaded to Konvity or any third party.
